How the scoring works

Because of the complexities of each different sport having different numbers of levels consider your dog sport levels as follows.

The levels which are considered beginner and/or Novice levels will have APPRENTICE points

The levels which are considered Advanced will have ADVANCED points

The levels in between will have INTERMEDIATE points e.g

Agility BAA

Introductory and Primary gain APPRENTICE points
Novice gain INTERMEDIATE points
Graduate gain ADVANCED points

UK Agility

Beginners and Novice gain APPRENTICE points
Senior gain INTERMEDIATE points
Champion gain ADVANCED points

Agility KC

1 and 2 gain APPRENTICE points
3, 4, & 5 gain INTERMEDIATE points
6 & 7 gain ADVANCED points

Dockdogs

Junior & Novice gain APPRENTICE POINTS
Senior gain INTERMEDIATE POINTS
Masters and above gain ADVANCED POINTS

Champion placing at a show rates ADVANCED points

National Championship rates NATIONAL points

International Class rates INTERNATIONAL points
